Delivery

UK delivery: We aim to despatch all items in stock within 3 working days of receiving your order, although this may take a little longer during busy times. If you are in a hurry for your order please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you quickly.

Our orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For first class.

UK Postage charges are as follows:

Uk Mainland & Islands:

£2.95 for orders under £20.00
£4.95 for orders over £20.00

Overseas delivery: Most items can be sent overseas. Please contact us and we will get back to you with the delivery cost and confirm the item can be posted. We send parcels by Royal Mail Airsure which uses an online tracking service. This is fast, secure and reliable or by International signed for.

Orders sent to countries outside the European union are exclusive of VAT. International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, Yeppoon Ltd T/A Paul Hodgkiss Designs cannot be held liable for import duties and taxes imposed.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, where applicable at the current UK rate.

Returns & exchanges:

We hope that you will be delighted with the products you have ordered, however if you would like to return any items for whatever reason we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Simply return your product to us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We can only accept returns in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Postage charges for returned goods are the responsibility of the purchaser. We highly recommend that customers returning goods obtain a ‘Certificate of posting’ from the post office as proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. You may like to return goods by recorded delivery just to be sure.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the postage costs for the original delivery or the return, unless of course the mistake is ours or the goods are damaged.
If you would like an exchange then a delivery charge would apply again.

Damaged or faulty goods:

In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this without delay.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order and we have already confirmed despatch to you, we regret that we cannot refund the delivery or return charges to you.

Availability:

We will do our best to supply your order, although sometimes it is difficult to anticipate customer demand. Occasionally items may be out of stock, if this is the case we will email you with an estimate of when the stock will be available again and if you wish to cancel your order we will be happy to do this for you. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods to you that you have paid for, a full refund will be given.

Christmas Delivery

Last order date for Christmas is usually the 21st December - confirmation of dates will be posted on the website in December.

Orders placed between the 22nd December and the 6th January will not normally be processed until the 7th January.
