Payment:

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, (sorry, not American Express).
By cheque – please make cheques payable to “Paul Hodgkiss Designs” and send to the above address. We will post items out once the cheque has cleared.

Availability:

We will do our best to supply your order, although sometimes it is difficult to anticipate customer demand. Occasionally items may be out of stock, if this is the case we will email you with an estimate of when the stock will be available again and if you wish to cancel your order we will be happy to do this for you. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods to you that you have paid for, a full refund will be given.

Many of our products are made from natural sources and may vary in colour and texture from images shown.
